Sports Injuries

Chiropractic can keep you playing longer and harder, help you with current injuries, and prevent you suffering after a long and successful career.

Sure Health Chiropractic have masses of experience working with athletes of all calibre and background, having worked with professional rugby players, top level fooball and cricket clubs, elite rowers, dancers and professional boxers, to name but a few.

Sure Health Chiropractic take the time to examine your whole body in depth, and to find out what factors might have predisposed you to your injury as well as what is causing your pain. This approach means that recurrences of injuries are much less likely. Fixing these predisposing factors can also improve your performance, as your body is working more efficiently.

Our chiropractors are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of nerve, muscle and joint injuries. All are trained in sports taping and rehabilitative exercise, helping to get you back competing as quickly as possible.

Sponsorship

We are actively looking for athletes to work with. The unique demands of high level athletes help keep us on our toes, and so in return we offer a range of sponsorship packages.

If you know of somebody who would like to apply, get them to contact us to see what we can offer.

Evander Holyfield:

“I found that going to a chiropractor three times a week helps myperformance. The majority of boxers go to get that edge.”

Tiger Woods:

“I've been going to chiropractors for as long as I can remember. It’s as important to my training as practicing my swing.”

To get you back to normal as quickly as possible, Sure Health Chiropractic will also help with exercises that are specifically orientated to your sport and position. Providing targeted exercises to complement your training will not only help with injury prevention/rehabilitation but also allow you to get more out of your body during training or competition.

Arnold Schwarzeneger:

“I found out the best way of going, is to use chiropractors, not only after injury, but before injury”.
